Senior PQE Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out quality analysis activities and ensure all related procedures are properly implemented and maintained.

• Support the development, implementation, and certification of the ESD management system.

• Coordinate with counterparts at factories in China to collect and review lessons learned, including customer complaints, product returns, and findings from internal, third-party, or customer audits; propose and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.

• Provide regular progress reports to the Senior Quality Manager and assist with tasks assigned by the QA/QE Manager.

• Work cross-functionally with relevant departments to identify improvement opportunities, propose appropriate quality initiatives, and lead their execution.
