Senior Power Semiconductor Design Engineer

Our international client is currently searching for a Senior Power Semiconductor Design Engineer to join the team. The role will involve the design and developing new power semiconductor devices (silicon and SiC) for overvoltage and overcurrent protection products. Leading chip design, modelling, layout, characterization, and qualification activities while supporting manufacturing, process improvements, and new product introduction will all be required.

Key Responsibilitie

• sDesign and layout semiconductor devices for internal and external wafer fabrication
• .Collaborate with product management, sales, and applications teams to define and develop new products
• .Use semiconductor physics, wafer fabrication knowledge, DOE, SPC, DFM, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize designs and processes
