Veeam is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Technical Support Engineer, Sec-AI, to own end-to-end post-sales support for complex environments. You will diagnose and resolve issues, maintain high SLA performance, and mentor junior engineers while documenting root causes and building knowledge bases.

The role requires 7+ years in technical support, fluency in Portuguese and English, and hands-on experience with Data Privacy, SQL/NoSQL, Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and Cloud tech.
