Job Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager with 4+ years of PM experience to own and scale our Agentic AI + AI Journey products:
- AI Agents for Conversations: Agents that converse with customers across channels and perform actions like order management (order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, address changes, COD confirmation, product discovery, etc.)
- AI Agents for Journeys: Agents that analyze customer behavior and intent, choose the right strategy, and send relevant content at the right time on the right channel—driving conversion, retention, and revenue.
A critical expectation: you will make the platform deeply self-serving, reducing dependence on CSM/support for setup and optimization, and driving product-led adoption.
