Job Description

Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Location: Remote

Reporting to the Director of IDP and InnerSource – the SENIOR PLATFORM ENGINEER will work on a mix of backend services and frontend interfaces, and will directly impact developer productivity and satisfaction through our Internal Developer Platform (IDP). The successful candidate will work very closely across multiple teams, domains and platforms, and will have a passion for making other engineers better and enhance developer experiences.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the design, development, deployment of backend services (Node.js, TypeScript) and frontend components (React, TypeScript) for our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) (Backstage).
