About the Role

As a Senior Platform Architect you will define, design, and govern the implementation of Non-Functional Requirements across Swiss Re’s Life & Health digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with solution architects, engineering leads, and DevOps teams to translate enterprise standards into measurable system attributes such as performance, resilience, observability, and security.


In addition to NFR governance, you will be responsible for technology stewardship — proactively identifying, planning, and executing framework and library upgrades, security remediations, and platform migrations to ensure systems remain modern, compliant, and secure.
