Mang Inasal Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant engineering and maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead preventive maintenance, manage utility systems (HVAC, electrical power, steam, water, compressed air), and drive continuous improvement across engineering projects, while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
