Job Description

Mondelēz International is seeking a Production Manager to support TPM, Lean and change initiatives at the plant level. You will drive I2M/IIM processes, coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D, and lead site activities from design reviews to promotional execution.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience in a CPG environment, robust leadership, and broad stakeholder management across all levels. No relocation support is specified.
