Senior plant engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all plant engineering, maintenance, and workshop operations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes for machinery, equipment, and facilities. Lead and support mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to ensure optimal plant performance. Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations. Ensure the effective maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and production equipment. Monitor plant efficiency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety, HACCP, and FSSC quality standards. Develop and enforce engineering procedures, maintenance standards, and operational policies. Manage departmental budgets, resources, and maintenance schedules. Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance and engineering teams.
