We're searching for a high-calibre Senior Planner to take a lead role on a complex project for a major construction firm (confidential). This position is based in the Macclesfield area and focuses on the dynamic Life Sciences and High-Tech Manufacturing sectors.

Your Role: The Backbone of Project Delivery

You will be responsible for developing and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring certainty and delivery against baseline. This includes:

• Developing, maintaining, and analyzing fully logic-linked contract programmes from first principles (design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover).
