Senior Planner

Prepare weekly and monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS), optimizing the use of available resources and coordinate with related department.

Issue Work Order (WO) daily, weekly and monthly in SAP based on customer Purchased Order requirement and commit shipment against required date.

Every daily, weekly and monthly monitor and ensure Production follow strictly to the MPS / schedule and to close WO within the targeted time line.

Work with engineering for ECN and deviations as well as QA on quality issue the affected production planning.

Weekly update the LEAN project improvement to meet the score ‘4’ Y2026 (Demand management module).

Work on continuous process improvement – QW and GB project.

Prepare required reports for management review – Backflush, F2F, GM and weekly meeting report.
