This role focuses on providing dedicated account support to key customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring smooth, efficient service.

Duties include:

  • Create and maintain a Weekly Production Schedule for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Understand and highlight capacity issues for the operations management team to resolve.
  • Review order book to assess for inventory and upcoming production needs. Promptly coordinate with procurement and operations. Plan and schedule necessary production activities to ensure these needs are met.
