  • The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients, supporting routine health needs and life-defining health decisions.
  • This role is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring all procedures are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with established practices.
  • The PSR II builds patient trust through clear communication, professionalism, and strong customer focus, while demonstrating leadership behaviors, process excellence, and sensitivity to confidentiality and data accuracy. Assignments may include a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs.
