- Lead de novo drug discovery programs end-to-end, driving program leadership and hands-on experimental data generation.
- Deliver lead compounds or clinical candidates in cardiovascular system (CVS) and central nervous system (CNS) therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance projects from discovery to clinic, leveraging expertise in biotech/pharma environments
- Integrate TechBio or technology-driven processes to optimize discovery workflows, data analysis, and target validation.
- Mentor junior scientists, analyze complex pharmacological data (e.g., PK/PD, bioequivalence akin to your background), and contribute to regulatory-aligned documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
