About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with 5-6 years of strong hands-on experience to drive scalable and profitable growth through data-driven paid campaigns. You will own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across major platforms for international markets.


Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and other channels.

Manage full-funnel campaigns (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, LTV, payback period, and profitability.

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and localisation for target markets.

Build and scale advanced campaign structures (Advantage+ Shopping, Performance Max, ASC, broad targeting, Demand Gen, etc.).
