We at Coforge are seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Engineer to drive in-sprint performance engineering (shift-left) for complex, distributed systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • In‑sprint Performance Engineering: Embed performance NFRs into user stories; define acceptance criteria; create lightweight tests.
  • Workload Modeling & Test Design.
  • Test Authoring & Execution using JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Observability & RCA using Splunk and APM tools.
  • Performance Tuning across application, database, and infrastructure.
  • Automation & Tooling using PowerShell and GitHub Actions.
  • Capacity Planning and SLO validation.
  • Production Readiness and SRE partnership.
  • Reporting & Governance.
  • AI in SDLC & Production Support.
