Job Responsibilities :

As the (Senior) People Technology Analyst at Razer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and expanding the use of Workday, our global HRIS platform. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and ensure Workday is leveraged to its fullest potential. This role requires a unique blend of HR functional understanding, systems thinking, and a proactive, self‑starting mindset.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand operational needs, user pain points, and Workday-related requirements. Assess feasibility and propose system-led solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
