Scope of Work

Leads and drives execution and optimization of HR processes across multiple entities or regions. Acts as the expert and process owner within defined areas (e.g., job changes, terminations, mobility, or data management). Ensures global standards are applied locally and identifies improvement opportunities across systems and workflows.
Typically responsible for multiple countries or larger business units with a high employee population and/or senior leadership presence.
