Job Description
Role responsibilities:
- Support administration of the Salary Continuance (SalCon) process across the leave lifecycle, including transition to Long-Term disability
- Provide employee guidance and support for leave-related inquiries (email, phone, case management)
- Complete case setup, documentation, and communication, including issuance of required forms
- Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Disability Case Management, and HR partners to ensure accurate case handling
- Support activities related to stop pay, reinstatement, and end-of-coverage communications
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes
Requirements
- Experience in absence management, disability support, HR operations, or benefits administration
- Strong understanding of employee leave processes (e.g., STD, LTD, return-to-work)
- Ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented case work
