What You'll Do The Senior People Analytics Engineer will lead workforce data transformation and modeling within our modern cloud data stack, ensuring, trusted decision-making across the People function. Based remotely in India or from our Pune office (hybrid), you will build scalable, reusable workforce data models that convert HR and business data into reliable, structured datasets. Partnering with People leaders, you will standardize core workforce metrics and strengthen long-term data trust across reporting layers. Reporting to the Head of People Analytics, you will operate independently within a global SaaS environment and focuses on scalable transformation and modeling — not infrastructure engineering or predictive data science.
