Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out leaving and retirement calculations for DB, DC and Cash Balance members.
  • Prepare accurate leaver and retirement statements for member issuance.
  • Respond to member queries via phone and email with clarity and care.
  • Manage workload proactively to meet agreed turnaround times.
  • Ensure calculations are completed efficiently and with high accuracy.
  • Support other pension administration activities such as transfers in/out.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension scheme administration.
  • High level of numeracy and accuracy, including manual and automated calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills when supporting members.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable handling varied or ad-hoc tasks. <...
