The Senior Payroll Specialist role is a key member of the Accounting Shared Services team, reporting to the Americas Payroll Manager. The position is responsible for administering payroll across multiple regions and collaborating closely with colleagues in accounting, finance, human resources, and external vendors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accurate, and eager to improve processes, embrace change, and contribute to organizational progress.
This position is based in our Heredia, Costa Rica office and follows a hybrid work model of 3 days per week in office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll for 100+ employees in Brazil and Costa Rica, while providing as needed support for the U.S. payroll cycle covering 1,000+ employees.
