Senior Payroll Specialist

We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to take ownership of a complex payroll function in a standalone capacity.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a diverse employee group

Ensure payroll compliance with federal and provincial legislation

Process payroll-related changes including new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, and ROEs

Lead year-end activities including T4s, reconciliations, and audits

Maintain payroll records and reporting requirements

Act as the primary payroll subject matter expert for employees and leadership
