The Senior Payroll & People Operations Specialist is central to scaling our payroll, benefits, and people operations as we continue to grow in the US and Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Operations and working closely with Finance, this role ensures seamless payroll execution, compliance, and benefits administration while optimizing HR systems and processes.
