Job Description

A growing and supportive business is looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join their friendly payroll team. 

In this role, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, handling end-to-end payroll, ensuring compliance, and contributing to payroll system improvements and projects.

What You’ll Do:
  • Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for permanent and casual staff
  • Maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll queries
  • Prepare payroll tax, PAYG, workers’ compensation, and superannuation obligations
  • Perform reconciliations and support audits
  • Supply guidance to clients 
  • Help improve payroll systems and processes
