Job Description
The Senior Payroll Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, compliance and operational excellence of the payroll functions across the organization. This role ensures that payroll operations support business objectives while maintaining full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations and corporate governance standards. In addition, the role plays a key function to lead system transformation, process automation through timely and accurate compensation delivery.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and ensure end to end payroll activities are accurate and error free
- Define and implement the payroll strategy aligned with the business goals, local regulations and global standards
