- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and administer payroll system (preferably Infotech) , including data updates and system improvements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other local regulations
- Handle payroll-related matters such as claims, overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Prepare payroll reports , reconciliation, and support audit requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. auditors, government bodies) on payroll matters
- Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation
