Neumo in Guadalajara seeks a Senior Customer Support Specialist (Tier 2) to provide advanced support for citizens and agency users, focusing on payment processing, data validation, and financial reporting.
You will investigate transactional issues end-to-end, collaborate with internal teams, and document findings in Service Cloud. Strong English and 6+ years in related roles are required.
