Minimum Requirements
Minimum 35 years experience as a Patternmaker. Proven experience using Lectra Modaris.
3D patternmaking experience will be a significant advantage. Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabric behaviour. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the completion of master production patterns across various size ranges and design silhouettes. Create and maintain basic blocks for all fabric types and silhouettes. Develop patterns from design sketches using computer-aided patternmaking, through block manipulation or adjustment of existing patterns. Ensure all patterns comply with established size standards, construction methods, and quality benchmarks. Check and validate pattern accuracy throughout the development process. Assess made-up garments for quality of workmanship and fit. Advise the factory on alternative constructio...
