About The Role

D‑Wave is seeking a Senior Paralegal or Senior Contract Specialist with broad-based corporate and commercial legal experience to join our Legal department. This role supports global commercial contracting and legal operations and reports to the Manager, Commercial Counsel. You will operate with a high degree of independence, judgment, and ownership, serving as a trusted partner to internal business teams.
