Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, optimize, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.

  • Partner with in-house design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and continuously test variations for improved performance.

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, A/B tests, and overall marketing goals.

  • Create reports on paid acquisition performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
