Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, optimize, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, YouTube, GDN), Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.Manage campaigns end-to-end, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, account structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion optimization.Partner with in-house design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and continuously test variations for improved performance.Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and identify new growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product launches, A/B tests, and overall marketing goals.Create reports on paid acquisition performance, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
