Senior Organizational Development Consultant
Senior Organizational Development Consultant is a strategic contributor and trusted advisor responsible for leading complex learning and organizational development initiatives. The role emphasizes influence, system‑level thinking, and scalable impact across the institution. The consultant will assess training needs; design, develop and manage learning programs; coordinate program outreach and communications; oversee CLOE’s credentialing process and facilitate a variety of professional development topics using blended learning formats. The consultant establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external clients, assesses client needs, diagnoses organizational challenges, and recommends appropriate solutions.
