Job Description
As the Senior OCM Lead, you will serve as the strategic architect of human readiness and business adoption for our client's ERP modernization portfolio. Rather than merely managing communications, you will apply advanced OCM standards and frameworks to build tailored, best-fit change models. You will consult directly with business process owners and senior leaders to secure sponsorship, mitigate resistance, align competing organizational priorities, and ensure that new digital workflows are seamlessly embedded into long-term operations.
