About the role:

We have a new 12-month Fixed Term role for an experienced Senior Advisor to engage with the business at a strategic and operational level to develop, design and deliver progressive Organisational Design initiatives. Working alongside a team of professionals, this role will provide end -to-end consulting services to the business to foster a high performing, values based, and leader led workforce.

In this busy role you’ll be responsible for:
