Leading team to achieve FOC plan delivery (OTIF On-time, in full).Monitoring and tracking FOC plan post approval to ensure successful receipts of FOC stock into the Distribution Centre, through to allocation, shipment, and receipt at POS (Retail) in time for Product Launch, Promotional Use, Stock Replenishment, Loyalty Redemption, etc. - share visibility of progress to all stakeholders and address key gaps and actions taken to mitigate the risk of non-completion of the plan. Driving cross-function collaboration on resolving in-process issues that put the supply of FOC items at risk, such as stock shortages, insufficient PO coverage, and other process bottlenecks.Maintaining the flow of items and volume of stock to meet the targeted timeline of launch.
