Ibex is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager in Tagbilaran, Bohol, responsible for managing a team of Operations Managers and ensuring quality service delivery to clients. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills, alongside a strong understanding of key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The position will involve day-to-day operational management and fostering team development.

On-site work is preferred, and relocation to Bohol is encouraged.
