Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the Senior Manager, the Senior Operations Specialist will:

  • Manage the Vendor Contract management process, intake and offboarding of contractors for the IT department.
  • Work with procurement teams to lead related sourcing projects.
  • Collaborate with internal IT stakeholders, business groups and external suppliers to co-ordinate and manage procurement projects, statement of work, key deliverables, contracts, and vendors.
  • Interpret contracts and provide advice and guidance to others as required.
  • Develop estimates of time and resources required for a variety of events and activities.
  • Function as a liaison between Supply Chain Management, suppliers, and other departments.
