Senior Operations Manager
Location: Western or Central New York (Hybrid)*
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 based on experience, plus benefits
Preferred Start Date: July/August 2026
* Candidates located within reasonable driving distance of Rochester NY, including Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Ithaca, Auburn, and surrounding areas, are encouraged to apply. Regular virtual collaboration is expected, along with periodic in-person meetings, leadership sessions, and team events.
