About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead operational delivery for our fast‑growing Sweeps + Social Casino customer experience and service programs in the Philippines. This role requires experience in the Sweeps industry, and is ideal for leaders with strong BPO, digital support, gaming, or entertainment operations backgrounds — especially those familiar with high‑volume, high‑compliance, and customer‐centric environments. As our SOM, you'll ensure operational excellence across KPIs, lead high‑performing teams, build capability, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our Philippine operations.
