Amazon seeks a Senior Operations Manager to join our Japan Amazon Logistics team. The goal of Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is to build a world class last mile operation delivering to customers. Amazon aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible and we are expanding rapidly in Japan.

The Hub Delivery Expansion & Capacity Management Lead is accountable for driving partner acquisition strategy, Sales team expansion, and network capacity optimization to meet growing operational demands.
