The Sr Manager, Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the electronics production environment. This role ensures efficient production processes, high-quality output, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence functions. The Operations Director partners closely with senior leadership to align operational execution with business objectives, driving customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
