Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Operations Management within BPO, Customer Experience, or related industries
  • Proven experience in managing multiple teams and large-scale operations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to be based in Yogyakarta
