YOUR ROLE & IMPACT
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of approx. 40–50 people, covering:
- Application Support (ITIL-based Service Desk)
- Customer Onboarding & Go‑Live (SaaS implementation)
- Operational governance & internal processes
