Senior Operations Executive

The Senior Operations Executive plays a critical technical and operational role in monitoring, maintaining, and securing the Malaysia Internet Exchange (MyIX) network infrastructure. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate ensures optimal infrastructure performance, strict SLA compliance with service providers, and seamless technical support for members. This role balances rigorous hands‑on system administration with vendor management and strategic membership onboarding initiatives.
