Assistant Operations Manager for a Packaging Company

My client is a packaging company focusing on just-in-time manufacturing. They are looking for someone with maturity at the Senior Executive level who wants to step up. This role will give you autonomy to make positive changes, a future progression as a successor to the Operations Director.

Your new role

  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor operational staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated. Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of team members. Address employee performance issues and coordinate disciplinary actions if necessary.
  • Production Planning: To ensure timely delivery of goods to customers according to schedule. Work closely with purchasing team and warehouse team for stock availability and planning of raw materials.
