As a Senior Operations professional, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across our ocean and air freight activities. Working closely with teams across 8 countries, you will help drive service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while supporting the future growth of our Malaysia business.
What You'll Do
- Freight Operations
- Handle end-to-end import and export ocean and air freight shipments.
- Coordinate with carriers, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and customers.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate job closure and billing.
