Senior Operations Executive , Freight Forwarding

The Senior Operations Executive, Freight Forwarding plans and executes air freight projects while overseeing end-to-end air and sea freight operations, including bookings, carrier coordination, customs documentation, regulatory compliance, shipment tracking, and final delivery. This role ensures compliance with regulations and SOPs, manages operational risks and escalations, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. The incumbent also prepares reports on project status, operational performance, risks, and financial impact, and ensures accurate documentation and formal project closure.
