Senior Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of general trade orders
• Work closely with on-ground sales team to manage their beat plans, track and monitor.
• Monitor and maximize order fill rates, minimizing stock-outs and delivery delays
• Optimize warehouse-related operational costs for general trade, including:
• Sourcing cost-effective packaging materials
• Negotiating with delivery partners to reduce last-mile costs
• Evaluating and negotiating manpower needs for additional warehouse resources at lower costs
• Track and report order processing metrics, dispatch efficiency, and warehouse spend
• Work closely with sales and demand planning teams to align supply with GT demand
• Work directly with key retailers and process the orders
