Sr.Operations Consultant

Experience - 5-7.5 yrs
Location - Pune 

Responsibilities:
  • Data reporting and data analytics
  • Excellent SQL skills, proficient with stored procedures and functions.
  • Data warehouse maintenance
  • Use cutting edge technology and visualization tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Report Builder, etc. to
  • deliver ad-hoc requests.
  • Masters Service Now, organizational CRM tool.
  • Documents, highlights/escalates CRM/ITSM tool issues.
  • Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level and productivity.
  • Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards and excelling within that.
  • Customer focus and close alignment with the business objectives.
