Job Summary: The Senior Operations Associate is a pivotal dual role responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the office while actively engaging with existing clients to secure contract renewals and foster strong, long-term relationships. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and customer-centric individual capable of seamlessly managing both internal processes and external client interactions.
